If you will visit the land of Dolpo it will be a lifetime experience for you.   Observing different rain shadow landscapes with stunning mountain views, wild flowers, Himalayan blue sheep, snow leopards, and huge birds Himalayan griffon. It's difficult to grow crops there, which makes life difficult for the local people, so most of them are involved in the salt trade from Tibet, this traditional culture continue in Doplo generation to generation.

The trekking area of Dolpo is protected by Shey-Phoksundo National Park. It lies to the north of the Dhaulagiri Range bordering the Tibetan Plateau. Here one can find a well-preserved eco-system of wildlife and plants, including the blue sheep and the elusive snow leopard. The view of Kanjiroba peak, She-Phoksumdo Lake, and the Dhauligiri range is one of the most rewarding moments of this trek. A visit to the Phoksumdo Gompa – dedicated to the ancient Bonpo religion, local to Dolpo and Tibet, is a memorable experience. Dolpo is still the homeland of the Spotted Leopard, Blue Sheep, wolves, and many other varieties of flora and fauna, so you'll also uncover a deeper understanding of Peter Matthieson's book Snow Leopard. A well-organized camping trek is required and trekking in a group is recommended. This is challenging trekking in Nepal and it is most suitable for those who are exceptionally fit and prepared to face the full challenge of the Himalayan wilderness.

Day 02: Flight from Nepalgunj to Juphal-2550 and trek (4 hr) to Dunai-2150m and overnight camp
Day 03: Trek to Shahartara-2450
Day 04: Trek to Khanigaon
Day 05: Trek to Lahini-3200m
Day 06: Acclimatization day in Lahini
Day 07: Trek to Kamat Tarka
Day 08: Trek to Tarap Dho-4040m
Day 09: Acclimatization day at Tarap Dho-4040m
Day 10: Trek to Numa La-5190m
Day 11: Trek to Numa La Bhanjyang
Day 12: Trek to Baga La-5070
Day 13: Trek to Ringmo (Phokshundo Lake-3600m)
Day 14: Rest day at Ringmo
Day 15: Trek to Sepka-2650
Day 16: Trek to Roha Gaon

Day 18: Trek to Juphal
Day 19: Flight from Juphal-Nepalgunj-Kathmandu (Spare day in case of flight delay due to weather condition)
Day 20: Flight back to Kathmandu via Nepalgunj
